Responsibilities • Monitoring the calendar of appointments, meetings, and events, • Organizing and updating key documents, • Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff on policies, procedures, and expectations, • Includes executing on onboarding, offboarding processes · Ensure client information is entered with accuracy and timeliness. · Rebook appointments during check out while addressing the client by name. · Optimize and maximize appointments with the reservation system and ensure timely communication with Customer Service team. • Lead supervisorial and team meetings, • Manage the opening/closing of the salon each day, • Maintaining cleanliness of the highest standards · Serve as subject matter expert in reservation system. • Inventory management and ordering of salon supplies, • Coach stylists on consultations with clients, • Promote retail products, • Help manage revenue objectives and staff goals, • Daily content uploads to social media and engagement with clients on reviews, • Constant interaction with clients and staff, • Researching new salon technology and developments, • 3-5 years’ experience working for an organization, • High School diploma or GED (required) · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) · Experience with Canva and Quickbooks is preferred. · Retail experience is also preferred. · Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram) · Excellent client relationship skills including, but not limited to the ability to clearly and effectively communicate, problem-solve, multi-task, and take direction · Candidate must have high standards of professionalism, be dependable, take pride in his or her work, and can work in fast-paced environment. · Formal stylist certification is a plus
