Job DescriptionSenior Architectural Designer Senior Architectural Designer Location: Cincinnati, OH Position Overview We are seeking a talented Senior Architectural Designer with a strong background in commercial architecture to lead design projects and collaborate with various stakeholders. This role is essential for creating innovative architectural solutions that meet client needs while adhering to regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and development of commercial architectural projects from concept to completion., • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to establish project requirements and goals., • Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, renderings, and models., • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices., • Mentor and guide junior designers and interns in design processes and techniques., • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field., • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture., • Proficiency in architectural design software, with a strong emphasis on Revit and/or AutoCAD as preferred tools., • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards., • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly., • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
