POSITION SUMMARY The Logistics Manager owns transportation and the movement of product into, between, and out of company locations. That covers routing, deliveries, freight, carrier relationships, fleet utilization, inter-location inventory transfers, supply chain coordination, installation scheduling, and work order reconciliation. The role is measured on three things: delivering every load correctly, keeping stock where demand is, and getting the most out of every truck and every route. This function works alongside warehouse floor operations but is separate from it. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Team Leadership • Direct the Warehouse & Logistics Administrator on logistics work under a shared reporting arrangement., • Set daily priorities for logistics support and hold the Administrator accountable to them., • Train the Administrator on purchase order status management and ongoing logistics processes. Fleet Utilization and Cost • Maximize productive use of the fleet: stops per truck, capacity used per run, and miles driven against deliveries completed., • Reduce empty and partial runs by consolidating deliveries wherever the schedule allows., • Track and manage cost per delivery, including fuel, tolls, and overtime., • Coordinate vehicle maintenance scheduling so trucks are available when routes require them., • Recommend fleet size and configuration changes based on demonstrated utilization data. Routing and Delivery • Build and optimize delivery routes., • Serve as system owner for Route4Me, including configuration and daily operation., • Track vehicle location and delivery status throughout the day., • Schedule delivery and installation appointments and confirm them with customers in advance. The Scientific Computing and Data team at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai partners with scientists and clinicians to accelerate scientific discovery. The AI-Ready.Mount Sinai (AIR.MS) platform contains patient data generated from the clinical care processes at the Mount Sinai Health System. AIR·MS is a cloud-based, high-performance SAP HANA data platform with electronic health record (EHR) data in an OMOP data format. It also contains metadata from and links to raw data sets in other modalities, such as radiology, genomics and pathology. Researchers can access the AIR.MS data through direct database access, AI agents, cohort query tools and the Minerva high-performance computer. AIR.MS ingests OHDSI’s Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP)-formatted EHR data from the Mount Sinai Data Warehouse. AIR.MS is integrated with Minerva, a high-performance computer with >21 petaflops of raw computational power and the raw radiology, genomics and pathology data sets. An expert team of 20+ PhD/MD computational scientists, biomedical informaticists and computer scientists partner with researchers and clinicians to effectively and efficiently utilize these resources for translational science. The Lead Data Warehouse Engineer is a senior technical specialist responsible for leading the ongoing integration of multi-modal clinical data into the AIR.MS data warehouse. The Lead Data Warehouse Engineer will assess the state of data integration, identify opportunities for data integration based on researcher’s priorities, develop a plan to integrate metadata and data, and execute on the data integration. The incumbent will work collaboratively with other members of the AIR.MS data platform and Mount Sinai Data Warehouse teams to lead technical efforts for the integration of multi-modal data sets resulting in expanded AIR.MS functionality. Fleet and Equipment Manager Metro Ambulance LLC Location: Northern New Jersey Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt Reports To: President Salary Range: $75,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications Position Overview Metro Ambulance is seeking a proactive and highly organized Fleet and Equipment Manager to lead the readiness, maintenance coordination, and logistical support of our ambulance fleet and operational equipment. Supporting a 24/7 emergency medical services operation, this manager will maintain a clear and accurate understanding of vehicle condition, fleet availability, equipment readiness, repairs, and downtime. The position directly affects our ability to deploy crews safely, respond to daily service demands, and provide reliable patient transportation. This is not primarily a mechanic position. The successful candidate should understand vehicle maintenance and repair processes well enough to oversee shop activity, evaluate service recommendations, and manage outside vendors. (PAGNY) for The Division of Correctional Health Services (CHS) of New York City Health + Hospitals (H+H) is responsible for the delivery of medical care, mental health care, and discharge planning in the jail system. Approximately 25% of new admissions per year to the NYC jail system will receive care on the mental health service. This service strives to provide safe, holistic and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for the diverse range of mental health issues that face the population, from serious mental illness to the natural struggles that accompany incarceration. The service provides some of the most comprehensive and unique treatment modalities in the country, including specialty housing units for individuals with serious mental illness, a 24-hour on-call psychiatric service, robust creative arts programming, a strong DBT training program, clinics in each of the facilities, substance use treatment, integrated re- entry services, and relationships with multiple training institutions throughout the city. The Pharmacy Technician performs all technical tasks in the unit dose, carry and out-patient drug distribution systems as well as other related duties of a satellite pharmacy. The Registered Pharmacist approves all work performed by the Pharmacy Technician. Organizational Responsibilities: • Unit Dose and Carry Drug Distribution Systems, • Picks up patient medication orders from clinic, mini-clinic areas, etc. on a routine basis. Requests from other agencies should be referred to the pharmacist on duty., • Prints and reviews all transfer reports, checks if the patients is on medication, prints patient medication profile and fills needed doses of medication for subsequent checking by pharmacist. Enters order into IDWhere and transmits on both a daily and weekly basis to packaging. Reconciles packing slip or invoice against items received.
