As a Payroll Coordinator at Horizon, you will: • Oversee payroll processing for all companies and employees., • Complete all payroll-related reporting for both internal and external use., • Process W2’s and 1095’s., • Oversee all payroll-related UKG updates., • Oversee 401k contributions and loan payments., • Set up any new states and oversees out-of-state payroll and reporting. Here are a few specific details of what you’ll need for the job: • 3+ years’ payroll and computer systems experience required., • Experience with all payroll-related tax filings, • Experience with multi-state payroll processing, • Excellent customer service and communication skills, • Detail oriented 55 Dodge Road, Getzville, NY 14068 Hours: This position is full-time from Monday – Friday. Compensation Horizon is consistently evaluating our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive. This position starts with a salary range of $55,000 - $63,000. Compensation adjustments are evaluated annually. This position entails eligibility for a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 for your commitment to work in this role for at least one year. A change in scheduled hours or location of employment may impact eligibility of bonus.
