Job DescriptionBenefits: • Paid Maternity Leave, • Student Loan Paydown, • Commission, • 401(k), • 401(k) matching, • Dental insurance, • Employee discounts, • Free uniforms, • Health insurance, • Opportunity for advancement, • Paid time off, • Training & development, • Tuition assistance Responsibilities: • Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers, • Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner, • Managing all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention, • Meeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly, • Increasing customer traffic through local store marketing, • Maintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts, • Maintaining a clean and organized salon, • Opening/closing business, • Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking Qualifications: • High school diploma, or equivalent, • Customer service experience, • One or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, • Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends, • Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals, • Proven customer service experience, • Polished professional appearance, • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, • Attention to detail and organization, • Ability to stand, bend, walk for 8 hours per dayOld Trinity Management, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
