Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for youth., • Discipleship: Develop and implement a comprehensive discipleship program tailored to the needs and challenges of young people. Encourage spiritual growth and active faith among youth., • Biblical Teaching: Prepare and deliver engaging, age-appropriate biblical teachings and sermons. Facilitate youth Bible studies and discussion groups., • Program Development: Organize and oversee youth programs and activities, including retreats, mission trips, service projects, and social events., • Community Building: Foster a strong sense of community and belonging among the youth. Encourage their active participation in church life., • Parental Engagement: Maintain regular communication with parents and involve them in the youth ministry.
