Job Description SUMMARY: The Marketing Project Coordinator coordinates the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across digital, brand, and e-commerce channels, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. This role serves as the key point of coordination for marketing workflows and agency partnerships, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration without direct supervisory responsibility. Acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external agencies, the Project Coordinator supports alignment of campaign execution across social media, PR, paid media, influencer marketing, retail, website, and e-commerce initiatives. The role also supports and coordinates the work of a Marketing Assistant focused on trade show and event logistics, ensuring event-related marketing efforts align with broader campaign timelines and brand standards. The Project Coordinator supports brand communications, content development, packaging and print routing, event marketing, and performance reporting, while ensuring consistency with brand standards and applicable regulatory requirements. Success in this role requires strong project management, organizational excellence, and the ability to drive clarity, accountability, and momentum across complex marketing initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Project & Agency Coordination • Serve as the key point of coordination between internal teams and external agencies supporting digital, brand, retail, and e-commerce initiatives., • Manage marketing project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and workflows to ensure on-time execution., • Track agency deliverables, budgets, and status updates to maintain visibility and alignment with brand standards., • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align assets, messaging, and campaign timing., • Campaign Execution & Digital Oversight, • Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print channels., • Support paid media, SEO/SEM, and social media initiatives by coordinating inputs, timelines, and performance tracking with agency partners., • Monitor campaign performance and consolidate reporting to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities. Social Media & Influencer Coordination • Coordinate social media content calendars, engagement tracking, and influencer deliverables across platforms., • Monitor social activity and escalate notable trends or issues as appropriate., • Support influencer and ambassador initiatives through project coordination, asset routing, and performance tracking., • Website, E-Commerce & Email Coordination, • Coordinate updates and promotional activities for e-commerce platforms and digital storefronts., • Support email marketing campaigns by coordinating schedules, assets, and reporting., • Gather and consolidate digital, e-commerce, and revenue performance data to track KPIs. Trade Show & Event Marketing • Provide project-based coordination and support to a Marketing Assistant responsible for trade show and event logistics., • Coordinate timelines, materials, and communications for trade shows and events in alignment with marketing initiatives. Brand, Print & Packaging Coordination • Coordinate development and routing of marketing, print, and packaging materials to ensure brand consistency., • Support packaging review and routing processes, coordinating inputs to align with brand standards and compliance considerations., • Reporting, Documentation & Operations, • Track and evaluate marketing performance using analytics tools and platform insights., • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports across multiple initiatives., • Coordinate digital asset management and product fulfillment for PR, influencer, and promotional needs. QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience in project management or project coordination within digital marketing, brand marketing, or e-commerce environments., • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating across internal stakeholders and external vendors or agency partners., • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration and maintain clarity across complex workflows., • Working knowledge of social media platforms, influencer programs, and paid digital campaigns sufficient to coordinate execution and track performance., • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, social commerce tools (e.g., Shopify, Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop, Facebook Shop), and digital marketing analytics., • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with project management and workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar) preferred., • Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and digital advertising metrics for reporting and performance tracking purposes., • Ability to organize, analyze, and summarize marketing and e-commerce performance data to support project updates and decision-making., • High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and agency partners. PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED: • Exposure to email marketing platforms and campaign reporting., • Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva) to support asset coordination and routing—not required for hands-on design work., • Experience with Odoo and Shopify a plus. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications, business or other related degree and/or a minimum of one year related experience required.
