Job DescriptionThis Sales & Marketing Manager Position Features: • Great Work Environment, • Great Culture, • Great Benefits, • Great Pay up to $100K We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to serve as the operational backbone for high-value CNC machinery sales. This role owns the full lifecycle of each deal—from post-quote execution through delivery, installation, and customer success. You’ll act as the central hub between sales, customers, finance, logistics, and manufacturing teams, ensuring seamless execution across a $20M+ annual book of business. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, detail-driven environments and enjoys managing complex, multi-layered projects. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Order Execution & Customer Success Manage post-sale execution for CNC machinery and automation orders Coordinate timelines across production, shipping, installation, and final delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle Translate sales agreements into actionable operational plans Oversee 150+ machines annually across various configurations Sales Operations & Revenue Coordination Manage quotes, sales orders, invoicing, deposits, and final billing Partner with sales teams on deal structuring, approvals, and documentation Track revenue timing, order status, and delivery milestones Support forecasting and month-end/year-end close Logistics, Shipping & Installation Coordinate domestic and international freight, rigging, and delivery Manage documentation including BOLs, HTS codes, tariffs, and insurance Oversee scheduling with carriers, ports, and installation teams Ensure smooth handoff from delivery to service teams Financial, Tax & Compliance Support Arizona TPT compliance, tax documentation, and exemptions Coordinate financing transactions and payment schedules Ensure alignment between contracts, billing, and company policies Systems & Process Management Maintain Salesforce CRM data including asset tracking and order status Develop workflows, templates, and operational processes to improve efficiency Cross-Functional Leadership Act as the central liaison between internal teams and external partners Identify risks, delays, or gaps and proactively resolve issues Drive communication across all stakeholders Marketing & Events Support and execute marketing initiatives (demo days, events, social media) Coordinate vendor participation and customer engagement efforts Qualifications 4–7+ years of experience in operations, sales ops, logistics, customer success, or manufacturing environments Experience managing complex, high-value transactions or projects Strong background in logistics, supply chain, or order execution Familiarity with contracts, billing, and compliance processes Systems experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, and Excel Strong communication and problem-solving skills Apply for this great position as a sales & marketing manager today.
