Job Description Pride Health is hiring a Medical Assistant to support our client’s medical facility based in Mill Creek, WA 98012. This is a 3+ month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Job Details: Job Name: Medical Assistant Location: Mill Creek, WA 98012 Duration: 3+ months Contract (Possibilities of extension) Payrate: $25-29/hr. on w2/Pay Rate is based on experience and educational qualifications. Shift: 7:00 am - 5:30 pm (Mon - Thurs) Job Responsibilities: • Collect patient assessment data (height, weight, vitals, chief complaint, medications)., • Prepare patients for exams; obtain specimens and assist during procedures., • Collect and process lab specimens (urine, blood); ensure accurate labeling., • Document patient care, test results, refills, and concerns in the medical record., • Assist with prescriptions, referrals, and prior authorizations., • Manage patient flow, scheduling, phones, and appointment efficiency., • Schedule and assist with injections and infusions., • Order and manage medical supplies and medication inventory., • Perform diagnostic testing procedures. Qualifications: • Highschool/GED or equivalent., • MA-R OR MA-C is required., • Current, BLS Certification.
