Manage technology vendor relationships with support from Director of Procurement, including selection, integration, daily operation, and billing. * Develop recommendations and implement new hardware and software based on organization needs and technology needs. * Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary. * Identify and implement technological solutions to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. * Oversee Cybersecurity and PCI Compliance company wide. * Work closely with all business units, translating their business requirements into technological solutions and ensuring they align with objectives and values. Qualifications: * Knowledge of computing and networking hardware and peripheral equipment. • Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 knowledge preferred Ability to troubleshoot computer systems and equipment problems. * Ability to install, configure, and maintain personal computers, networks, and related hardware and software. * Ability to learn and support new systems and applications. * Experience working in a deadline-driven environment, handling and prioritizing multiple tasks. * Ability to interface with technical and non-technical audiences as well as stakeholders. * Able to demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail and a proven ability to analyze and anticipate potential conflicts and resolve them quickly. * Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Ability to make important decisions under pressure. * Friendly and approachable.
