This hybrid role is designed to ensure the safety and security of the property while fostering a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented environment. The individual in this position draws on lived experience to build trust and motivate residents, offering encouragement, guidance, and access to services, all while monitoring property activity and ensuring adherence to building rules and procedures.
