What you will be doing: The Director of Information Technology provides strategic and operational leadership for all technology systems and services across the organization. • Planning, implementing, supporting, security, governance, and ongoing management of the organization's information technology infrastructure, cybersecurity program, telecommunication systems, cloud-based services, and clinical technology systems., • Evaluate, recommend, and implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, resident services, communication, reporting and analytics, and system integrations., • Collaborate with department leaders to identify technology and clinical systems needs and develop effective solutions., • Provide executive leadership with recommendations related to technology investments, cybersecurity risks, infrastructure planning, governance, and operational improvements., • Manage technology-related budgets, forecasting, purchasing, and capital planning., • Oversee the administration, maintenance, and support of network infrastructure, servers, cloud platforms, telecommunications systems, wireless systems, clinical systems, access control and video monitoring systems and related technologies., • Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, and related cloud technologies., • Oversee virtualization, storage, backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and systems integration processes., • Oversee endpoint protection, email security, identity and access management, multi-factor authentication, vulnerability remediation, security monitoring systems, and cybersecurity best practices., • Coordinate annual cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing activities, and evaluation of cyber liability insurance requirements., • Develop and maintain security policies, incident response procedures, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity processes., • Participate in after-hours support, planned maintenance activities, and emergency response as required., • Manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, service providers, and contractors., • Negotiate and review technology-related contracts, renewals, and service agreements. What we are looking for: • Ability to uphold our core values, follow policies and procedures., • Must be able to take initiative to always find a way to say yes to both our residents and staff., • Able to work a flexible schedule, have reliable transportation, and be on time for scheduled shifts., • Most importantly, have a positive attitude and be able to smile at all times (even under a mask)., • Ability to lead and inspire., • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered., • 5-7 years of progressively responsible Information Technology experience, including leadership or management responsibilities., • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills., • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and hybrid/cloud-based technology environments., • Healthcare, senior living, or other regulated industry experience preferred., • Availability for occasional evening, weekend, and on-call support as operationally necessary.
