The CareATC approach is to work with our patient population to assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support, and ongoing education. The Family Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with the clinic staff to provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care. The Family Nurse Practitioner will work PRN in our clinic.
