Job Description Administrative Assistant Shawnee, KS | Fully Onsite Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire | up to $22ph. LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a small, family?owned service company who is seeking a dependable and adaptable Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and contributing across departments. You'll play a key role in order processing, inventory coordination, technician dispatch, and customer account support. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to jump in wherever help is needed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Process and manage customer orders from intake through completion, • Coordinate and maintain inventory records, including updates and reconciliations, • Dispatch and schedule technicians efficiently based on service needs, • Answer customer and client account questions via phone and email, • Enter, update, and maintain data within the ERP system, • Support day?to?day administrative and operational needs across the business, • Collaborate closely with ownership and field teams to ensure smooth operations QUALIFICATIONS:, • Previous experience in administrative operations, or office support role, • Hands?on experience with Acumatica ERP is required, • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, • Comfortable supporting multiple functions in a fast?paced environment, • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • Detail?oriented with strong follow?through, • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office technology Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour Search managed by: Claire Grossman Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
