Key Responsibilities: • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office files., • Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and correspondence as needed., • Assist with data entry, database updates, and document management., • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries., • Order and maintain office supplies inventory., • Interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal staff., • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred., • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently., • Competitive salary, • Health insurance, • Paid time off and holidays
