Job Description SDK Greenbrook Gardens, a residential community, is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This position is based in North Plainfield, NJ. Weekend availability is required, and the ideal candidate will have experience in residential leasing or maintenance. About the Position Our Resident Services Coordinator... • Strives to deliver a one-stop experience and provides exceptional customer support to all residents by addressing their concerns and inquiries, and escalating issues when necessary. This includes answering calls, assisting walk-in visitors, responding to emails, and communicating concerns with relevant property team members to ensure timely resolutions., • Remains up-to-date on property-related procedures, policies, and events to effectively support residents and team members., • Applies SDK standards and procedures effectively while communicating relevant property information with residents to foster a thriving community., • Develops and maintains professional relationships with current and prospective residents., • Maintains accurate resident and property records., • Assumes receptionist responsibilities, including greeting visitors, answering calls and emails, scheduling work as needed, sending communications as required, maintaining the reception area and office, ordering supplies, sorting and delivering mail for office team members, and maintaining calendars., • Creates, monitors and assists with scheduling work orders; manages maintenance notices as needed., • Supports the leasing function as needed., • Provides reporting and other administrative support to ensure efficient property management processes., • Collaborates with team members to ensure all move-ins and move-outs are seamless., • Undergraduate degree; combination of HS diploma and relevant experience will be considered., • 1-3 years of administrative and customer support experience; residential leasing or maintenance experience preferred., • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills., • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills., • Able to prioritize, multi-task and be solutions focused., • Strong project management and attention to detail skills., • Ability to follow through and follow instruction., • Proficient in MSOffice. The gross hourly pay range for this position is between $20.00 - $22.00. The actual compensation will be based on factors unique to the candidate, including direct years of experience and depth of knowledge.
