SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Quality Assurance Coordinator SUPERVISION EXERCISED: None. QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION: • High school diploma required, college degree in progress or obtained preferred., • Knowledge of managed care and working with individuals with disabilities is helpful., • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and possess an intermediate-advanced level of office-related digital skills., • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening., • Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to drive to multiple locations., • Must observe HIPPA and can handle and maintain confidential knowledge and documents. SPECIAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., • Exceptional verbal and written skills., • Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and within all levels of the organization., • Knowledgeable of share work systems like Microsoft Outlook and Teams. ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Represent Goodwill’s values and mission to internal and external stakeholders. Organize and track applicable departmental records. JOB COMPETENCIES: Ensures work is completed in a timely manner. Records maintained by regulation. Communicates with all staff as well as external stakeholders and service providers. Maintains confidentiality of all files, records and billing information. Excellent computer skills and the ability to multi-task. Keeps information confidential in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Maintains an organized and professional file room and files to ensure full compliance with state and federal laws and regulations., • Provides record-keeping support at multiple campuses and Goodwill locations., • Works in collaboration with the TCM and Day Services teams to gather and track relative data and files as needed., • Prepares files for audit and inspection in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations., • Words as a member of the mission team to support the overall mission goals and outcomes., • Provides professional and courteous demeaner with internal and external stakeholders. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Collects and tracks relevant data from the TCM and Day Services teams., • Monitors the quality of applicable records to meet all state, federal and local regulations., • Adheres to all safety policies and report violations., • Participates in trainings, events and activities applicable to the job role., • Adheres to all safety policies and reports violations., • Adhere to all ethical standards and confidentiality of records., • Supports mission statement and program outcomes., • Supports the accessibility of our services and facilities free of architectural, attitudinal, environmental, financial, communication, transportation, employment, and other barriers to person with disabilities and barriers to employment. STANDARDS FOR MEASURING PERFORMANCE/QUALITY STANDARDS: • Attendance and punctuality., • Quality and quantity of work performed., • Attitude and overall effectiveness of working relations with all stakeholders., • The way duties and responsibilities, essential functions and job competencies are performed., • Accuracy, timeliness and reliability of the TCM and Day Services records., • Ability to accurately complete and maintain clarity in documentation, reports and summaries in a timely manner., • Ability to assist staff with effectively meeting the needs of individuals served., • Lift -- push/pull while standing - up to 50 pounds, sometimes each day. Rarely over 50 pounds., • Carry -- push/pull while moving - up to 50 pounds, sometimes each day. Rarely up to 100 pounds.
