Job Description We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Global SVP, Data & AI (North America) to help shape and grow Endava’s Data and AI business across the region. Reporting to the Global Head of Data & AI, this individual will act as a senior advisor to our clients — helping them understand the strategic implications of Data and AI, define where and how to invest, and translate vision into actionable initiatives that lead to delivery work for Endava’s global engineering and data teams. The successful candidate will be both a practitioner and a commercial leader: someone who can credibly engage with senior client stakeholders on Data and AI strategy, while also driving the presales and advisory activities that create commercial demand. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, business acumen, and storytelling — helping clients see how Data and AI can be applied to achieve tangible business outcomes, responsibly and effectively. Key Responsibilities • Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent)., • 15+ years of professional experience in Data and AI, including significant leadership experience in consulting, technology services, or enterprise roles., • Proven track record of developing and executing data and AI strategies that drive measurable business outcomes., • Experience engaging senior executives and boards on the implications and opportunities of emerging technologies., • Deep understanding of at least one major industry vertical that Endava serves — e.g. banking, insurance, payments, retail, healthcare, or technology., • Excellent communication, storytelling, and influencing skills, with the ability to connect technical topics to business value., • Remote-first role, with a preference for candidates based on the East Coast of North America., • Travel will be required to meet clients and attend internal or industry events (approximately 30–40% of time)., • Valid passport and driver’s license required., • Occasional attendance at tradeshows or live events may require light physical activity (lifting up to 25 lbs).
