HR Operations Coordinator – Onboarding & Data Integrity We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven HR Operations Coordinator to join our Human Resources Operations team. This role will primarily support onboarding activities while also contributing to broader HR operational functions, including data auditing and reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) platforms, strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables), and a passion for delivering seamless employee experience. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage onboarding workflows using UKG’s Onboarding Gateway and PRO platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and employment regulations., • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations teams to facilitate pre- and post-onboarding tasks such as new hire notifications, I-9 and E-Verify processing, documentation review, and HRIS profile setup., • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding journey., • Maintain and update onboarding templates, checklists, and process documentation to reflect current practices and compliance standards., • Conduct regular audits of employee data across HR systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency., • Reconcile HR data between UKG and other platforms, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner., • Utilize Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) to support reporting, data validation, and operational analysis., • Respond to inquiries from the HR shared inbox, escalating issues as needed to appropriate stakeholders., • Train HR team members and hiring managers on UKG onboarding processes and best practices., • Support additional HR operations tasks and projects as assigned.Qualifications:, • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field., • 2+ years of experience in HR operations or onboarding, preferably with UKG systems., • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data reconciliation techniques., • Experience conducting data audits and maintaining data integrity across HR platforms., • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with new hires. This position is located in New Jersey. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $55,000 to $65,700. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
