    The Opportunity Our client, a growing independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) in Austin, seeks a Registered Client Service Associate to join the client services team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented financial services professional who enjoys working closely with clients and advisers, handling account administration, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. You'll support advisers, manage client relationships, and maintain operational accuracy across the client lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Act as a primary point of contact for client service requests and account inquiries., • Process new account openings, transfers, rollovers, and account maintenance., • Prepare and review client paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance., • Coordinate with custodians and third-party providers., • Support advisers with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and client communications., • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and portfolio management systems., • Assist with trade processing and operational tasks as required., • Monitor outstanding service items and ensure timely resolution., • Ensure all activities comply with firm policies and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications • FINRA registrations: Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65)., • 2+ years of experience in a client service or operations role within an RIA, broker-dealer, or wealth management firm., • Strong understanding of investment accounts, transfers, and custodial processes., • Proficiency with CRM and financial planning or portfolio systems., • Excellent organisational and communication skills., • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Experience • Experience working within an independent RIA environment., • Familiarity with custodians such as Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, or LPL., • Exposure to financial planning processes., • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
