Job DescriptionMaintenance Technician – Overnight Shift (Manufacturing) Schedule: 11:00 PM – 8:30 AM (Mon–Thu) & 11:00 PM – 4:30 AM (Fri) Pay: $25–$30/hr About the Role Join a leading packaging manufacturer where your technical skills keep production running smoothly. As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Responsibilities • Follow all plant safety rules, GMP standards, and wear PPE at all times., • Perform general maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment., • Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and repair production equipment, compressors, boilers, and ancillary systems., • Handle electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks as needed., • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve issues., • Research, select, and order parts and supplies., • Respond to emergency situations and work flexible hours when required., • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.Qualifications, • Previous maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing environment., • General mechanical knowledge (belts, drives, chains, power transmission systems)., • Ability to troubleshoot hydraulics and perform preventive maintenance., • Familiarity with safety practices in maintenance., • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly., • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.Preferred Skills, • Electrical and plumbing experience., • Knowledge of compressors, boilers, and ancillary equipment.Why You’ll Love It Here, • Competitive Pay: $25–$30/hr, • Comprehensive Benefits:, • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, • 401(k) with pre-tax and Roth options, • Life insurance and AD&D coverage, • Short- and long-term disability, • Health Spending Account (HSA), • Transportation benefits, • Employee Assistance Program, • Paid time off and vacation, • Opportunities for growth and continued training.Work Environment, • Dynamic manufacturing setting with state-of-the-art equipment., • Overnight schedule with occasional flexibility for emergencies.
