Job Description LOD Staffing has openings for Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) Location: San Antonio TX 78212 Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm Compensation: $18.00/hr Position Overview The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for review, research, resolution and response of escalated customer concerns. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Provides written and verbal reports to management, as required., • Participates in meetings, information gathering and sharing sessions to provide trends and patterns of escalation., • Develops and maintains a database or an automated record keeping system of applications, complaints, incentives, violations., • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships and public relations., • Assists with correspondence via email, web, and letters of acknowledgement and follow up., • Responds to customer interactions via the telephone, email, internet, or in person in a professional, courteous, accurate manner while recording a brief overview of communication., • Develops a rapport with internal/external customers., • Answers customer’s question or solves the problem during initial contact, if follow-up is required, must do so within the timeframe committed to the customer., • Performs all other duties as assigned., • Research resolves, and responds to situations considered high-profile, sensitive, and/or escalated in nature., • Works as required in customer solutions phone queue to resolve customer escalations within the same day., • May be required to respond in writing both through written and/or electronic correspondence (email/chat) to client internal and external customer within departmental guidelines of established deliverable dates., • Identifies and communicates emerging issues, updating tracking log, and processing front-line CSA exception requests. Minimum Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED., • Four years’ experience in a customer service environment., • Valid Class “C” Texas Driver’s License., • Must be bilingual in English / Spanish, • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office environment., • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within client hours of operation including the training period where lunches and breaks are scheduled with the flexibility to adjust daily schedule and work overtime and/or weekends as needed. Preferred Qualifications • Two years of college courses in business administration or related field from an institution accredited by a recognized accrediting agency. Work Environment • Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion., • Use of personal computer equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer., • Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body., • Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met., • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, handling, reach outward, reach above shoulder, crawl, squat/Kneel, bend, push and pull frequently. Maintain body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing or crouching on work surface., • Ability to use upper and lower extremities to move or transport 25 to 50 pounds, including pressing against something to force it in a forward, downward or outward position or drag, haul 25 to 50 pounds, • Ability to bend the body downward and forward by bending spine at waist, and bending legs at knees and moving extremities in any direction, • Ability to withstand physical demands on the body, including being in a stationary and/or standing position most of the day, • Ability to express and exchange ideas by means of the spoken word, including where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers accurately, loudly or quickly, • Ability to understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information Other Requirements • Vision (near, distance), • Sense of Sound (answering phone, fire alarms, horns) Company Description Labor On Demand, Inc. d.b.a.
