Job Description The Ancira-Winton Chevrolet is currently interviewing for an Automotive Business Development (BDC) Sales Coordinator. This role is often the first point of contact for our customers and plays a critical role in creating a positive, professional auto selection and purchase experience. The Sales Coordinator works closely with customers, Sales Associates, Sales Managers, and Service team members to assist customers in planning dealership visits and vehicle test drives. Qualified candidates must represent the dealership in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner at all times. Income Range: $50,000 - $85,000 Annually Schedule: Monday-Friday rotating early/late shifts, Early: 8:30am-6pm Late: 12pm-9pm. Saturday: 9am-7pm, Off: One day during the week(Tuesday/Wednesday) and Sunday. Benefits • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance, • Disability Insurance, Life Insurance, and Mental Health Care, • Paid Time Off, • Paid Holidays, • 401k with Employer Match, • Employee Discounts, • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customers, • Receive and respond to internet leads, phone calls, and online chats, • Promptly follow up with customers to set appointments, • Provide knowledgeable assistance matching customers with Chevrolet and used vehicle options, • Understand and communicate basic vehicle capabilities including towing capacities and truck classifications, • Document all customer interactions, appointments, and outcomes in CRM and BDC tracking tools, • Assign leads and appointments to Sales Associates based on established processes, • Follow phone, email, and follow-up scripts and workflows, • Direct non-sales inquiries to the appropriate department, • Collaborate with other BDC Coordinators to ensure a seamless customer experience, • Maintain awareness of current incentives, programs, and dealership updates, • Handle customer concerns with professionalism, integrity, and poise, • Utilize multiple technology tools efficiently and accurately, • Strong listening, communication, and typing skills, • Professional verbal and written communication with proper grammar and punctuation, • Sales or customer service experience preferred, • Proficiency with basic computer programs (Word, Excel) and web browsers, • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions, • Positive attitude with a desire to succeed, • Reliable attendance and adherence to scheduled hours, • Ability to represent Ancira Auto Group with professionalism and exceptional customer service EOE
