Job DescriptionSalary: $17.00-$ 19.00 per hour DOE Job Summary Signature Garage Doors is seeking a highly motivated and coachable individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative at our Huntsville location. We are a 5-star company looking for a 5-star person to start immediately. Training will be provided in both the Shoals and Huntsville areas over approximately 90 days. We are a service, sales, and installation company specializing in garage doors, garage door operators, gate operators, and other access control systems for residential and commercial applications. This position involves representing Shoals Overhead Door/Signature Garage Doors to both over-the-phone and walk-in clients. You will collaborate and communicate with clients and team members to deliver exceptional service and exceed expectations. To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience in customer service and sales. Being detail-oriented, thorough, organized, and patient is essential for this position. This full-time position requires working in the office Monday through Friday at our new location in Huntsville. Duties and Responsibilities Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and texts/chats in a timely and friendly manner to gain information and schedule jobs, provide information on products and services, take messages, or direct clients to appropriate team members • Answer all incoming phone calls and transfer to the appropriate staff member, • Train with the Residential Manager on call handling and scheduling, • Schedule/Dispatch Residential Service jobs and complete them as needed, • Coordinate sales appointments with appropriate office staff, • In-person dealings with clients, including transactions in our office, • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication, • Collect information from clients to manage and update the client database with complete and accurate information, • Run monthly sales reports and input data into appropriate spreadsheets, • Maintain inventory of parts at the Huntsville location, • Basic Housekeeping at the Huntsville location, • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Qualifications and Skills Client orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different personalities and characters • A positive and outgoing personality is vital for success in this position., • Ability to stay calm, composed, empathetic, and professional, especially in emergency situations and with excited clients, • Strong, active listening and professional phone contact handling skills, • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, • Ability to learn CRM and other websites/apps used by Signature Garage Doors, • Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects with a strong sense of urgency, • Basic math skills with experience in collecting client payments, data entry, record keeping, and computer operation, • Able to work independently and in a team environment while representing Signature Garage Doors Core Values (Care, Communication, Growth, Professionalism) and goals of the company, • Must pass a background check and drug test., • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Compensation Starting pay is $17.00 - $19.00, depending on experience. • A driving bonus is included during your training in the Shoals area.
