Job Description Urban Farmer – Hands-On Role in Organic Microgreens and Urban Farm Operations. The Urban Farmer supports the daily operations of TERI’s organic microgreens and urban farms, including seeding, harvesting, and packaging crops across multiple locations. Your Role & Responsibilities – • Perform daily farming tasks including seeding, harvesting, weighing, and packaging microgreens., • Assist with planting, crop maintenance, and general farm operations across multiple locations., • Support greenhouse and irrigation practices, with willingness to learn new techniques., • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper handling of tools, equipment, and workspaces., • Follow safety guidelines and ensure quality standards are met for all products., • Work independently and collaboratively to complete tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
