Your Role & Responsibilities – • Perform daily farming tasks including seeding, harvesting, weighing, and packaging microgreens., • Assist with planting, crop maintenance, and general farm operations across multiple locations., • Support greenhouse and irrigation practices, with willingness to learn new techniques., • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper handling of tools, equipment, and workspaces., • Follow safety guidelines and ensure quality standards are met for all products., • Work independently and collaboratively to complete tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
