Job Description We are looking for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to serve as a key member of our Legal team, reporting to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel - Corporate and Assistant Corporate Secretary. This director-level position will play a crucial role supporting our corporate, securities and business affairs team in delivering timely, organized legal support to our global operations and contribute directly to Vuori's corporate governance and compliance programs. What you'll get to do: • Manage and lead U.S. and international entity formation and maintenance and registered agent maintenance.
