Job DescriptionJob Title: Ironworker What You’ll Do As an Ironworker, you’ll play a critical role in building operational infrastructure for world‑class manufacturing facilities. Your work supports high‑tech production environments — and every bolt, rack, and structural connection you install directly impacts the long‑term integrity of these major projects. Your Responsibilities • Assemble, install, and align steel equipment racks and related structures, • Bolt and secure racks with precision to ensure long‑term stability, • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and layout plans, • Perform fitting and stick welding as needed, • Work safely and efficiently on active construction sites, • Support structural installation in elevated environmentsEssential Skills, • 5+ years of construction or ironwork experience, • Proficiency in assembly, fit-up, and rack installation, • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, • Stick welding experience (fitting and structural), • OSHA-10 certification, • Strong understanding of jobsite safety and proper rigging practicesAdditional Requirements, • Comfortable working at heights, • Able to lift 50+ lbs, • Reliable transportation, • Ability to work overtime as needed, • 50+ hours/week — steady, reliable overtime, • Prevailing wage opportunities (major earning potential), • Work on cutting‑edge facilities shaping Arizona’s tech future, • Long‑term career growth with a booming contractor pipeline, • Work on modern, professionally run mega‑sites (TSMC, Intel, Lucid)Work Environment, • Large‑scale, clean, organized industrial job sites, • Early start times (as early as 4:00 AM in the summer), • Elevated work and use of proper fall protection, • Fast‑paced, team‑driven construction environment Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
