Technical Support & Customer Service • Serve as the first point of contact for technology support, delivering timely, friendly, and professional assistance to all Sonoran University employees, students, and guests., • Diagnose, resolve, and document hardware and software issues for computers, mobile devices, and peripherals in both Windows and macOS environments.
