This position plays a critical role in maintaining positive member experiences and operational efficiency by acting as the initial point of contact for member inquiries prior to pharmacist intervention when necessary. Technicians are responsible for handling calls, mail, and system tasks related to Participant Services requests, while partnering with teams such as Pharmacy, Shipping, Customer Care, Finance, Claims Processing, and Eligibility. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple queues and databases. Depending on performance, site location, and departmental need, this position may offer the ability to work from home. Job Duties: • Accept incoming calls related to Participant Services requests, • Manage and resolve issues submitted via mail or system tasks, • Partner with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate resolutions, • Serve as the first point of contact for members and Customer Care regarding service inquiries, • Escalate clinical issues or questions appropriately to a pharmacist, • Document all interactions and resolutions in the appropriate systems, • Handle multiple types of queues and databases efficiently, • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies, • Provide professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable customer service, • Support cross-departmental collaboration to improve the member experience Industry: Healthcare Estimated Start Date: 11/14/2025 Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
