About the Role We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented, coachable, and service-driven team member to join our growing real estate media company in the Houston area. This is much more than a photography position. You’ll represent our brand in the field while working directly with real estate agents and homeowners to create high-quality listing media and deliver a polished, white-glove client experience. No prior real estate photography experience is required. What You’ll Do • Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointments, • Capture interior and exterior listing media using our structured shot process, • Interact professionally with agents and homeowners, • Follow detailed processes and checklists consistently, • Upload media after appointments using your personal computer and internet connection, • Maintain organization and accuracy throughout every appointment, • Deliver a high-level, white-glove client experience This is an active, people-focused role where no two days are exactly the same. Schedule & Availability • Monday-Friday availability required, • Approximately 15-25 hours per week, • Daytime business hours, • Must live Central / Downtown Houston, • Flexibility and reliability are essential A significant amount of driving is involved between appointments, so a reliable vehicle is required. One of the unique perks of this role is that drive time between appointments is paid. You’ll clock in at your first appointment and clock out at your last appointment of the day. Compensation & Benefits • Paid training: $20/hour (Typically 2-4 weeks), • After drone certification and training: $30/hour, • Mileage reimbursement: $0.40 per mile, • Part-time schedule with room for growth Drone certification is required before training begins (we will help you obtain this). What We’re Looking For • Extremely detail-oriented and organized, • Strong ability to follow processes and checklists, • Customer service experience required, • Professional and polished with clients, • Coachable and open to feedback, • Positive attitude and strong work ethic, • Comfortable driving throughout the Houston area, • Reliable vehicle for transportation between appointments (no trucks), • Comfortable using technology and uploading files online, • Computer with reliable high-speed internet, • Dependable and accountable, • Comfortable communicating with homeowners and real estate professionals Photography experience is helpful but not required. Many successful team members come from hospitality, retail, luxury service, customer service, events, and other client-facing industries.
