Job DescriptionJob Title: Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking an experienced Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician to operate, test, maintain, and adjust various unmanned, automated, servomechanical, and electromechanical equipment. This role involves working with CNC presses, lasers, shears, breaks, welding equipment, and other manufacturing machinery. The technician will be responsible for installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repairs of production manufacturing equipment, collaborating with OEMs to ensure optimal equipment operation. This senior position also requires training and sharing knowledge with peers. Responsibilities • Operate, test, maintain, and adjust unmanned, automated, servomechanical, and electromechanical equipment., • Assist with installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repairs of production manufacturing equipment., • Collaborate with OEMs to ensure correct equipment placement and optimal operation during production hours., • Train and share knowledge with peers and coworkers., • Troubleshoot PLCs and Ladder Logic.Essential Skills, • Ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical malfunctions., • Experience with PLCs and Ladder Logic., • Proficient in setting up and installing manufacturing and production equipment., • Experience with 480v breakers and minor PLC programming., • Strong mechanical skills for commissioning, calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • 3+ years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment., • Experience with 24-volt systems., • Basic welding skills., • Millwright experience., • Experience in commissioning equipment and capital expenditure projects is a plus.Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment includes a brand new, air-conditioned manufacturing facility in Mesa, Arizona, equipped with industry-leading technology. The position requires the ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch, and climb portable ladders. Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination are essential. Personal Protective Equipment will be required. The work schedule is Thursday to Sunday, 6 am to 4:30 pm, with a shift differential. Initial training will occur on the first shift, Monday to Thursday, 6 am to 4:30 pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Arizona. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
