Job Description Position Overview: The Manager of Reporting & Integration oversees the development, standardization, and delivery of reporting and data integration functions under the guidance of the Director, Data Informatics within the Data Analytics department. This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and interoperability of data across clinical, claims, and operational systems. The Manager provides strategic and operational leadership to reporting analysts, data integration staff, and cross‑functional project teams. The position supports organizational priorities related to regulatory reporting, data governance, quality improvement, and data-informed decision‑making. Essential Functions: • Lead technical development, maintenance, and enhancement of reporting, BI dashboards, and analytics products., • Oversee data integration initiatives, including ETL processes, system interoperability, and data quality validation., • Ensure timely and accurate completion of regulatory, contractual, and operational reporting requirements., • Manage and mentor reporting analysts, data integration specialists, and project staff., • Establish and enforce reporting standards, data definitions, and documentation practices., • Collaborate with IT, clinical, quality, operations, and provider network teams to support data needs., • Monitor data quality, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions., • Prioritize and manage reporting requests, ensuring alignment with CBH goals., • Contribute to data governance activities, including metadata management and data stewardship., • Demonstrated experience managing reporting, analytics, or data integration teams., • Strong understanding of healthcare or behavioral health data, including claims, clinical, and operational datasets., • Ability to lead cross‑functional projects and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders., • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment., • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or data integration roles., • Minimum 2+ years of supervisory or team‑lead experience., • Experience in managed care, Medicaid, behavioral health, or healthcare analytics strongly preferred., • Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and system integration., • Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence/reporting tools., • Understanding of healthcare regulatory reporting (HEDIS, NCQA, CMS, state Medicaid)., • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills., • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff., • Strategic thinking and ability to align teamwork with CBH priorities., • Effective delegation, performance management, and staff development., • Collaborative leadership style that promotes teamwork and cross‑department alignment., • Ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency.
