Job Description Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) | Near Tampa Bay, FL Join a patient-centered, mobile clinical team focused on delivering high-quality vascular and circulatory care where patients are. This role is ideal for an APP who values autonomy, a manageable daily pace, and meaningful one-on-one time with patients. Expect a lower-volume schedule (typically 1 to 3 patients per day) with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence, clear documentation, and compassionate care. Job Responsibilities • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and focused vascular evaluations in outpatient or facility-based settings across the Tampa Bay area, • Diagnose and manage common vascular and circulation-related conditions, coordinating care plans with the broader clinical team, • Order and interpret relevant diagnostics (as applicable) and adjust treatment plans based on findings, • Provide patient education on symptoms, treatment options, prevention, and follow-up care, • Document visits thoroughly and accurately in the medical record, including clinical decision-making and coding support as required, • Communicate effectively with referring providers, care teams, and facility staff to ensure seamless continuity of care, • Follow clinical protocols, safety standards, and compliance requirements (HIPAA, quality standards, etc.), • Support care coordination, follow-ups, and timely transitions when higher-acuity services are needed Minimum Qualifications • Active Florida APRN (NP) license or Florida PA license in good standing, • National certification as an NP or PA (as applicable), • Current DEA (or ability to obtain), • Current BLS (ACLS preferred), • Valid driver’s license and comfort traveling locally within the Tampa Bay region, • Strong clinical judgment, patient-first communication, and ability to work independently, • Solid documentation skills and comfort with EMR workflows, • Experience in vascular, cardiology, wound care, internal medicine, family practice, or outpatient procedural care is a plus, • Early-career clinicians are welcome with relevant clinical background and a teachable, mission-driven mindset Compensation & Benefits • Full-time opportunity with a predictable schedule, • Low daily patient volume focused on quality and thorough care, • Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience, • Benefits may include:, • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • Retirement plan options, • Paid time off and paid holidays, • Mileage reimbursement or travel support, • CME allowance and/or licensure reimbursement, • Supportive onboarding and clinical collaboration If you’re an NP or PA who wants a calmer daily pace, meaningful patient connection, and the chance to make a direct impact across the Tampa Bay community, we’d love to hear from you.
