Our facility operates under strict FDA and health department regulations, and we are proud to maintain a registered FSSC 22000 food safety and quality management system to meet the highest customer and industry standards. We are a small but highly skilled team of fewer than 25 employees, where every team member plays an important role. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations and report directly to the President. Position Summary The General Manager will be responsible for the leadership, efficiency, and compliance of the facility. This includes production, quality assurance, safety, maintenance coordination, human resources, and financial performance. The ideal candidate combines a strong background in microbiology and food safety systems with proven leadership and business management experience.
