Job DescriptionPrimary Job Title Senior Facilities Coordinator Alternate Job Titles • Assistant Facilities Manager, • Facilities Operations Coordinator, • Site Services Supervisor, • Facilities Maintenance Lead, • Position Type: Contract, • Contract Duration: 3.5 months, • Start Date: As soon as possible, • Pay Rate: $40 – $45/hr, • Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, • Travel: Yes — valid driver’s license required, • Perform daily site inspections and generate work orders, • Manage patching, painting, and minor architectural repair projects, • Escort vendors and clients across multiple locations, • Coordinate front-line client support and respond to service requests, • Install shelving, holders, hooks, and other fixtures as needed, • Collaborate with trades for both corrective and preventive maintenance, • Maintain organized documentation and project tracking, • Work across facilities functions with basic understanding of multiple disciplines, • Lead by example and communicate clearly across stakeholder groupsRequired Experience, • 2–5 years in facilities coordination or assistant management, • Working knowledge of standard procedures in facilities management, • Previous experience with vendor coordination and project execution, • Able to perform physical tasks: lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, • Valid driver’s license required for inter-campus travelNice-to-Have Experience, • Prior experience in regulated environments, • Facilities management experience across multi-building or corporate campusesRequired Skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), • Strong organization and documentation abilities, • Customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills, • Ability to evaluate and execute minor repairs or coordinate resolutionPreferred Skills, • Understanding of preventative maintenance workflows, • Comfort managing both physical and administrative tasks, • Mathematical fluency with percentages and fractionsAdditional Skills, • Curious, detail-oriented mindset, • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, • Flexibility to travel between assigned sites regularlyBenefits, • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance #gttic #gttjobsCompany DescriptionGlobal Technical Talent is a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation () with over 1.3 billion US$ in revenue and 5800 US employees.
