Job DescriptionDescription: Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Reports to: VP, Digital Strategy Job Code: 2102007 FLSA: Exempt We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to drive market share and the achievement of each assigned hotel's top line budget through a focus on online marketing efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop innovative campaigns, analyze digital performance, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: · Serve as the strategic lead for digital commerce, distribution, and online marketing across an assigned hotel portfolio, ensuring alignment with brand standards and revenue objectives. · Partner cross-functionally with Hotel Leadership, Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations to elevate digital marketing knowledge and drive total hotel performance. · Develop and execute data-driven digital strategies to increase revenue and market share across: o SEO and local search optimization (AEO/GEO, voice, map visibility) o Paid media (SEM, metasearch, display, paid social) o Email marketing and CRM programs o Website conversion optimization and booking engine performance · Manage and optimize online distribution channels, including brand websites, OTAs, metasearch platforms, and GDS, ensuring rate parity, inventory accuracy, and competitive positioning. · Conduct ongoing digital presence audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimization across Google Business Profiles, local listings, websites, imagery, and content. · Develop and implement location-specific marketing and distribution strategies to drive demand, increase visibility, and outperform competitive sets in revenue, occupancy, and RevPAR. · Partner with internal teams and vendors to maximize search visibility and discoverability, executing SEO best practices and continuous enhancements. · Champion direct booking growth initiatives, supporting brand strategies to improve conversion, personalization, and guest experience while reducing OTA dependency. · Support and expand group, meetings, and catering digital demand through enhanced online RFP visibility, landing pages, and lead generation efforts. · Analyze and communicate digital performance insights, translating data into actionable optimization strategies and revenue-driving plans. · Lead monthly performance reviews, covering channel performance, booking trends, competitive insights, market shifts, and upcoming promotional opportunities. · Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned to support evolving digital, distribution, and revenue initiatives. Requirements: Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role, • Strong understanding of SEO/AEO/GEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics tools, • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights, • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, • Ability to travel periodically on behalf of the company for both short and prolonged periods of time, • Previous experience with major hospitality brands (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, etc.) is a major plus Join our innovative team and be part of a company that values growth, creativity, and continuous learning.
