Two to four years of supervisory/management experience. Previous Rent to Own and/or wheel and tire experience is desirable but not necessary. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: None. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from upper management, employees, vendors, customers, and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations. Ability to manage a diverse group of employees and form a producing/functioning team. COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Inventory software; Payroll systems; Internet software; and Database software. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: • Must have a valid driver license and have a clean driving record. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, grasping with hands, and working on a computer.
