What Youll Do Youll own and drive marketing initiatives across our entire portfoliobringing brands to life, fueling growth, and ensuring a consistent, standout presence everywhere guests interact with us. Key Responsibilities • Lead and execute marketing efforts across all So Hospitality Group concepts, • Develop and manage comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns, and annual calendars, • Create, manage, and publish engaging digital content across social media, email, and websites, • Design and produce marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Canva a plus), • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns; track KPIs and performance metrics, • Manage and optimize CRM platforms to drive guest engagement, loyalty, and retention, • Execute field, community, and event marketing including on-site activations, partnerships, and sponsorships, • Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, agencies, photographers, and media partners, • Conduct regular on-site visits to ensure brand consistency, accurate messaging, and strong guest experiences, • Collaborate closely with operations, culinary, and events teams to support promotions and storytelling, • Analyze results, prepare performance reports, and refine strategies to maximize ROI, • Support PR efforts and local media outreach to increase brand visibility, • Represent So Hospitality Group at community and industry events as a brand ambassador, • Lead weekly marketing performance meetings to review results, share insights, and drive continuous improvement What Were Looking For • 3+ years of marketing experience (hospitality, F&B, or consumer-facing brands preferred), • Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels, • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Canva experience is a bonus, • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills, • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on executionfrom content creation to campaign launches, • Comfortable working occasional weekends for events, activations, or promotions, • Willingness to regularly visit locations to build relationships and ensure brand accuracy Bonus Points If You Have • Experience managing paid ads, KPIs, and CRM platforms, • A strong track record managing agencies and third-party vendors, • Experience with influencer partnerships, PR campaigns, and community outreach, • Background in restaurant groups, hospitality, or lifestyle brands, • A sharp eye for brand storytelling and guest engagement, • A genuine passion for food, beverage, and creating unforgettable guest experiences
