Job Description The Facilities Technician is responsible for providing technical facilities support to restaurants within their assigned territory. Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, this role performs preventive maintenance, repair, and upkeep of restaurant equipment, systems, and building elements to ensure optimal performance and uphold brand standards. Your Impact and Responsibilities: • Perform preventive maintenance on hot-side equipment, refrigeration units, and water heaters, • Complete repair work orders across restaurant trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen systems, • Manage general handyman work such as carpentry, drywall, and painting, • Maintain and update CMMS work orders and track time and materials for forecasting, • Ensure alignment of maintenance schedules and restaurant performance goals through Outlook calendar management, • Maintain appropriate inventory levels on service vehicles and conduct quarterly parts and tool audits, • Provide feedback to Facilities leadership on capital needs to improve efficiency and brand standards, • Diagnose and prioritize emergency repairs to minimize downtime, • Up to 5%, as required, with the ability to drive to restaurants and other locations within the assigned territoryQualifications, • 5+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurants, hospitality, or retail facilities maintenance, • Technical or vocational training in mechanical/electrical systems, building maintenance, or equivalent, • Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing across core trades, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen equipment, and general building maintenance, • Familiarity with CMMS or work order systems (e.g., ServiceChannel, Corrigo), • Safe operation of tools, ladders, and diagnostic equipment, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Valid, state-issued driver’s license, • Flexibility to work shifts that minimize disruption to restaurant operations Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
