This role oversees cross-functional planning, execution, and alignment of technology workstreams, ensuring solutions meet quality, compliance, and operational readiness standards. The manager provides expert oversight for SAP IS-U design and development, ensuring functional and technical consistency across core IS-U modules, integration points, and RICEFW development. This position plays a critical leadership role in driving cohesive delivery across a complex CIS ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership, • Lead matrixed delivery teams, including internal staff, contractors, and vendor partners., • Coach delivery specialists, providing clarity on roles, tasks, and expectations., • Foster collaboration across technology, PMO, business readiness, and vendor workstreams., • Guide techno-functional SAP IS-U specialists to ensure consistent interpretation of design standards and integration patterns.Delivery Execution, • Manage technology delivery across transformation domains, ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables., • Translate program milestones and decisions into actionable delivery plans., • Maintain delivery discipline through structured monitoring of tasks, risks, and dependencies., • Oversee SAP IS-U design activities (DM/MDM, Billing, FI-CA, Metering, Field Services, Credit & Collections)., • Validate IS-U functional designs, interface requirements, data models, and RICEFW specifications for quality and feasibility., • Ensure integration consistency across IS-U modules and external systems.Cross-Functional Coordination, • Partner with technology teams, architects, business SMEs, testing teams, and integrators to align design, build, and deployment., • Coordinate cross-team handoffs to support cohesive delivery., • Align IS-U configuration, custom development, data migration, and integration architecture., • Manage dependencies across billing determinants, meter events, financial postings, customer interactions, and device lifecycle processes.Risk, Issue & Escalation Management, • Act as the first escalation point for scope changes, delays, defects, and cross-functional blockers., • Develop mitigation plans and drive rapid resolution., • Identify and address IS-U design, regression, and cross-module risks.Quality, Compliance & Standards Alignment, • Ensure adherence to architectural standards, security controls, data integrity, and business requirements., • Support testing cycles including SIT, UAT, performance, and integration testing., • Ensure IS-U configurations align with regulatory and financial control standards (e.g., FI-CA posting integrity).Operational Readiness & Transition, • Prepare workstreams for cutover, deployment, and hypercare readiness., • Ensure documentation, playbooks, and operational processes are complete., • Coordinate with IT operations for seamless transition to steady-state support.Financial & Resource Management, • Provide input into forecasts, resource plans, and cost impacts for assigned domains.Required Experience, • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience., • 7–10+ years of experience in technology delivery, transformation programs, systems implementation, or IT operations., • Experience in SAP IS-U design, configuration oversight, or integration across at least two IS-U functional domains., • Proven experience leading matrixed or cross-functional teams., • Strong understanding of end-to-end technology delivery lifecycle., • Experience coordinating large-scale testing, data integration, or system implementations., • Strong communication skills and ability to build effective business partnerships.Preferred Qualifications, • Leadership experience within SAP IS-U design, development, or CIS implementations., • Experience guiding RICEFW development, integration testing, or cutover preparation.Required Skills, • SAP IS-U functional and integration knowledge, • Technology delivery leadership, • Risk and issue managementPreferred Skills, • RICEFW oversight, • Cross-module SAP IS-U integration, • Large-scale testing coordination, • Stakeholder communication, • CIS transformation program experienceAdditional Skills, • FI-CA, Billing, Metering, Field Services, • Security, compliance, and data integrity practices, • Dependency and sequencing management, • Vendor and multi-team coordination We are a Native American-owned, economically disadvantaged corporation that highly values diverse and inclusive workplaces.
