We are seeking a strategic, high-impact Sales Director – Walmart to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across Walmart’s brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels. This role requires a visionary leader who can build strong partnerships, align cross-functional teams, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence. Ideal candidates will have experience in home textiles, soft home goods, consumer packaged goods, private label, or home and lifestyle brands, with a proven record of success in an omnichannel retail environment. Primary Responsibilities: • Planning & Execution: Develop and implement sales and long-term business strategies; oversee annual and quarterly joint business plans., • Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to Walmart and internal teams; lead enterprise-level negotiations; maintain senior-level relationships., • Financial & Data Oversight: Manage budgets, pricing, promotions, and profitability levers; leverage analytics to drive decisions and business storytelling., • Team Leadership & Operational Excellence: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team; drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and product management; identify process improvements for operational efficiency., • Market Analysis: Monitor trends and competitors to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge. Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred., • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or related roles with large retail accounts., • Strong background working with Walmart or within the broader consumer goods/retail industry., • Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities., • Strong analytical skills and business acumen to translate data into strategic insights., • Deep understanding of Walmart’s business model, retail dynamics, and shopper behavior., • Proficiency in Excel, CRM, and retail analytics platforms.
