You will own the full daily, weekly, and monthly accounting cycle for a $15M distributorship. Daily / Weekly • Full-cycle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, • Purchase orders, vendor bills, proofs, and cost tracking, • Customer payments and bank deposits, • Inventory receipts and reconciliation, • Credit card and expense management, • Class and job tracking for order profitability Monthly • Bank and credit card reconciliations, • Complete month-end close, • Sales tax filings, • Aging reports and follow-up, • Job costing and profitability analysis, • Communication with leadership, vendors, and CPA firm Required Qualifications, Must meet ALL of the following: • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, • 7+ years full-charge bookkeeping or staff accountant experience, • Experience supporting a $10M+ business, • Strong QuickBooks Enterprise skills, • Skilled in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred), • Able to work on-site Monday–Friday, • High accuracy, integrity, and organization Preferred Qualifications • Public accounting experience (CPA firm) or corporate staff accountant experience, • Distribution, manufacturing, or promotional products background, • Job costing, project tracking, or multi-PO experience, • Experience supporting a CFO, Controller, or Operations Manager What We Offer • Award-winning culture (14 years “Best Place to Work”), • Stable team and long-term employee tenure, • Predictable, normal business hours — no evenings or weekends, • Supportive leadership and strong internal processes, • Competitive pay based on experience, • A place where your work matters and you are appreciated, • Salary range: $60,000 - $85,000 based on experience, qualifications How to Apply.
