Job Description Lead a High-Volume, Culture-Driven Restaurant A rapidly growing, independent, Southern hospitality–driven restaurant group is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead its high-volume Huntsville location. Opened just two months ago, this restaurant is already generating ~$20K per day on weekends. This is not a developmental GM role, this is a stabilizer, culture builder, and performance driver position. If you are a polished operator with gravitas, scratch kitchen experience, and proven P&L ownership, we want to speak with you. What You’ll Lead • $5M–$8M+ annual volume environment, • 3 salaried managers + key hourly leaders, • Scratch kitchen, chef-driven food execution, • High-energy, hospitality-first culture, • A growing market with expansion plans What You’ll Do • Own full P&L responsibility, • Drive food cost, labor cost, and operational excellence, • Build, coach, and inspire a strong leadership bench, • Lead from the front during peak volume, • Maintain culture, standards, and guest experience, • Stabilize and scale performance as the market grows Who You Are • 3+ years as a General Manager in high-volume scratch kitchen concepts, • Experience in $5M+ annual revenue environments, • Calm, mature, and structured under pressure, • Proven team builder (not just a shift runner), • Strong leadership presence, able to command and inspire Compensation & Benefits • $65K–$80K Base Salary, • 20% Quarterly Performance Bonus (Paid & Achievable), • 45–55 hour work week (quality of life focus), • Health insurance at hire (50% premium coverage for employee + family), • 15 PTO days after 90 days, • 20 PTO days at 5 years, • 401(k) with 4% company match, • Closed or partially closed on major holidays, • Long-term growth opportunities (Market / Area leadership potential) Why This Opportunity?
