Job Description On The Spot Dealer Services is a fast growing automotive dealer services company established in 2005. We specialize in in-house detailing, new car prep, used car reconditioning, lot services, window tinting, addendum programs, and on-site dealership support. We partner with franchise and independent dealerships across the Southeast and beyond. This role is for someone who wants to grow with us and get paid on performance and retention. Position Summary This is not a sit-back sales role. This is a builder role. We are hiring a driven, disciplined B2B hunter-closer who can prospect dealerships, run in-store meetings, present dealer service programs, and close long term contracts. The right person thrives on cold outreach, face-to-face selling, and building a book of business that compounds month after month. What You’ll Sell Automotive dealership service programs, including: • In-house detailing and reconditioning, • New-car prep and PDI programs, • Used vehicle detail and lot services, • Window tinting and addendum programs, • Ongoing dealer service contracts and monthly statements Key Responsibilities, Your Scorecard You will own the full sales cycle: • Prospect daily, cold calls, emails, in-person visits, referrals, networking, • Book meetings with GMs, GSMs, Fixed Ops, and dealer principals, • Present dealership specific service solutions, • Walk lots, assess operations, and identify opportunities, • Build proposals with leadership support, • Follow up consistently and professionally, • Negotiate and close dealership contracts, • Support account launches to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term retention Forward Movement Requirement, Non-Negotiable You are not just a salesperson, you are part of the build. That means: • You show up for key dealership launches when needed, • You assist with walkthroughs, meetings, or events tied to growth, • You contribute feedback to improve programs and win larger groups We move fast and we move together. What Success Looks Like 30 Days: Pipeline built, daily outreach rhythm established, dealership meetings booked weekly 60 Days: Proposals out consistently, negotiations active, referrals coming in 90 Days: Contracts closed, accounts launched cleanly, retention-focused communication in place We operate with accountability.
