Job Description Remote | Full-Time | VirtueStaff VirtueStaff is looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Sales & Partnerships Executive to help us grow through networking, outbound outreach, referrals, and creative business development. This is not a role where someone sits back and waits for perfect inbound leads. We will provide a strong starting point. You’ll be plugged into networking groups we already know are effective, and we can supply cold leads to help you build pipeline. But our best hire will do more than work the opportunities we hand them. They will find new groups to join, build new relationships, test new ideas, and create opportunities others would miss. If you are outgoing, resourceful, commercially minded, and energized by building relationships that turn into revenue, this could be a great fit. This is a Great Fit if you: • Have proven experience in generating leads from networking (BNI, Events, Groups, etc.), • Are excellent with B2B sales and relationships, with the ability to relate to business owners, • Want to work for a small business, with large upside potential in the role, rather than a corporate behemoth What You’ll Do • Build relationships with business owners, founders, operators, and other decision-makers, • Engage in networking groups and communities provided by VirtueStaff, • Follow up consistently with cold leads supplied by the company, • Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, referrals, introductions, and networking, • Book meetings, run discovery conversations, and move prospects through the sales process, • Develop referral relationships and strategic partnerships, • Identify new networking groups, communities, and relationship channels worth pursuing, • Find creative ways to generate new leads and open new doors, • Track outreach, follow-up, and pipeline activity inside the CRM, • Work closely with leadership to refine messaging, improve outreach, and help drive growth What We’re Looking For • A confident, personable communicator who builds trust quickly, • Someone who can work the opportunities provided while also creating new ones, • Strong networking and relationship-building ability, • A proactive seller who follows up well and keeps momentum moving, • Someone who thinks creatively about lead generation, referrals, and partnerships, • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, • A commercially driven person who enjoys winning business and helping grow a company What Success Looks Like • You make the most of the lead sources and networking channels we already provide, • You build genuine relationships that lead to opportunities and revenue, • You consistently create pipeline through outreach, follow-up, and networking, • You uncover new groups, communities, and creative prospecting channels, • You help VirtueStaff grow not just by closing business, but by expanding where that business comes from Why Join VirtueStaff • You’ll have a strong starting point instead of being asked to build from scratch with no support, • You’ll have freedom to test ideas and create your own wins, • You’ll be selling a service that solves a real problem for business owners, • You’ll work with a growing company in a strong market, • Experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or lead generation, • Background in outbound sales or relationship-driven B2B sales, • Experience with networking-based business development is a strong plus, • Experience in staffing, recruiting, outsourcing, agency services, or consultative sales is preferred, • Competitive base salary ($60,000 + Commisions), • Performance-based commission or incentives, • Strong upside for a proactive, high-performing salesperson, • Remote flexibility, • Opportunity to grow as VirtueStaff scales
