Job Description Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Location: Mesa, AZ (Hybrid available) MUST live in the greater Phoenix area Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level to Mid-Level Why This Role Matters: If you’re tired of transactional sales and want to start conversations that actually matter, this is your chance. Your job is to spark curiosity, reframe assumptions, and earn first-time appointments (FTAs) that lead to real insight. What You’ll Be Doing: • Start Smart Conversations:, • Use our framework to guide prospects from “we’re good” to “wait, what do you mean?”, • Ask questions that uncover hidden risks, missed ROI, and outdated assumptions., • Earn the Meeting:, • Handle objections with confidence using Challenger and Sandler techniques., • Book 2–4 FTAs/month with qualified decision-makers who didn’t know they needed us—until you showed them why, • Own Your Pipeline:, • Manage a personal database of 400–500 leads., • Qualify, nurture, and grow your “Warm 250” list weekly, • Track Your Wins:, • Hit weekly targets: 300–400+ dials, 30+ conversations, 2+ FTAs booked., • A natural communicator who thrives on curiosity and connection., • Comfortable making outbound calls and starting conversations with executives., • Coachable, resilient, and ready to grow., • Experience in B2B sales or appointment setting is a plus—but not required., • Inside Sales methodology., • How to reframe objections before they’re even spoken., • How to benchmark IT performance, risk, and cost against industry standards., • 30 Days: 300 dials/week, 5% lead qualification rate., • 60 Days: 350 dials/week, 7% qualification, 2 FTAs booked., • 90 Days: 400+ dials/week, 4 FTAs/month, 30+ weekly conversations., • 6 Months: 600+ warm leads, 2.5+ FTAs/week, 75% FTA completion rate Why You’ll Love It Here: • You’ll be trained in a proven framework that works., • You’ll be part of a team that values insight, strategy, and growth., • You’ll never be asked to pitch—just to educate and earn the meeting., • You’ll get real coaching, real feedback, and real results.
