Job DescriptionSalary: About VETTX VETTX is a private-party vehicle acquisition platform built for car dealerships. It helps dealers source, manage, and purchase inventory directly from the public by combining software, training, and recruiting services. Eliminating auction fees, unpredictable inventory, and wasted time. Were more than a typical SaaS tool; were a tech-enabled service (TES). Were past the experimental growth phase. Weve found true product market fit and an ICP definition. We have a great pulse on what is working and have seen massive growth and success in authentic, high-performing video ads. Although we have been seeing some incremental audience saturation and diminishing returns. And we need someone dedicated full-time to restoring our CPL rates and publishing fresh campaigns at a higher frequency. This year so far, with a low 5-figure budget, we were able to achieve: • 5x in CLTV YOY, • 359 top-line leads/month, • $131 Cost per demo Set, • Deals closed/month + 80% YOY, • Contract value per account + 36%, • Term length per account + 19.2% Now were looking for someone who can take that foundation and turn up the heat. The Role • Youll own the paid acquisition engine for VETTX. That means Meta and Google (including YouTube) campaigns, full funnel, strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting., • Youll be responsible for driving qualified dealership leads (franchise and large independents, typically $4M+ annual revenue, 10+ cars purchased monthly, buyer or buying center in place)., • Youll work directly with me, Max Fitzpatrick (Director of Marketing). Im a videographer/editor, so well be hands-on together, testing hooks, trying weird ideas, and taking this thing to the moon., • Were not a clock in, clock out kind of company. Were a results-based company. Get shit done. Move the goalpost. Win. What Youll Do North Star: Lower the cost per qualified dealership opportunity as much as humanly possible while maintaining scalable, consistent lead volume. In which case, you will be handsomely rewarded - max • Implement and maintain Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel tracking across campaigns., • Build backend performance reporting in Excel/Google Sheets with full transparency., • Continuously ideate, test, analyze, and scale experiments. Know when to kill and when to double down., • Convert data into insight, then into better results., • Limit audience saturation and diminishing returns. Youll Succeed Here If You (Must-Haves) • Are down. You get excited by testing ideas that might not work but could unlock something big. Taking risks, betting on yourself., • Think for yourself and arent afraid to share ridiculous ideas.
