Job Description In this sales role at Mano's Wine, this new team member will: • Manage and convert all incoming custom wine inquiries within our corporate/B2B division, • Guide clients through the design and customization process, • Close sales and coordinate with our internal production team, • Manage existing corporate and in-house accounts, • Actively prospect and build your own book of business, • Upsell existing customers into repeat and larger programs You will own revenue growth inside the custom wine division! Lead Management & Closing • Handle all inbound custom wine inquiries (web, phone, email, events), • Qualify prospects and move them through the sales funnel, • Prepare quotes and proposals, • Close deals and manage client communication Custom Project Facilitation • Work closely with design and production teams, • Help clients refine artwork, bottle concepts, and timelines, • Ensure smooth handoff from sale to production, • Maintain clear communication throughout the process Account Growth & Upselling • Manage current in-house corporate accounts, • Identify upsell opportunities (additional SKUs, repeat programs, seasonal launches), • Re-engage past clients for new projects, • Build long-term relationships Self-Sourced Business Development • Prospect new corporate clients, • Identify industries that align with custom wine gifting, • Build your own book of business, • Grow the corporate and customized wine division Qualifications • 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account support experience preferred, • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines, • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer experience, • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools preferred, • Interest in wine, custom products, or promotional merchandise is a plus What We Offer • Compensation is commission-based with a guaranteed minimum salary of $50,000 annually. Total earnings equal commissions earned, with $50,000 as the minimum.
