All store employees will be trained according to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines., • Responsible for the active recruiting, interviewing, and hiring the most qualified employees to staff the store. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications and Prerequisites • High School diploma or GED required., • College Associate or Business Degree preferred., • 5 years prior experience in a position supervising a multi-unit, fast-paced business operation and was responsible for the profitability of the operation., • Available to be on-call 24/7. Schedule must be flexible.
