Job Description Business Development Sales: $25/hr | MF 8AM-5PM | Providence, RI What's in it for you: • Steady Monday-Friday schedule, 8AM-5PM, • Competitive pay at $52K, • Gain real experience in B2B consulting and client management, • Work independently while being backed by a strong support team Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Prospect for new business clients through cold calls, email outreach, walk-ins, and networking, • Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client operations, staffing pain points, and hiring goals, • Recommend customized service solutions based on client needs, industry, and budget, • Present proposals and negotiate service agreements, • Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities through follow-up and relationship building, • Track leads, opportunities, and touchpoints in the CRM system, • Collaborate with recruiting and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention, • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify new growth opportunities Benefits: We offer comprehensive benefits to include health and an incentive recognition bonus (all benefits are based on eligibility).
