Job DescriptionDescription: • Work closely with sales reps, account managers, internal partners, and insurance carriers in managing our broker and client relationships., • Gain knowledge of insurance products including but not limited to: dental, life, disability, vision, accident, critical illness and medical., • Provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to our broker partners and clients., • Manage customer service box for incoming service requests., • Basic platform maintenance (Divisions/Contact/Salary Updates), • Basic coding enrollments/special enrollments, • Set up scheduled reports for groups, • Send Ben Admin reports (payroll deduction/plan enrollment/plan comparison), • Correcting plan administrator mistakes in Ben Admin platform, • Support the Renewal Specialist for reporting and system updates, • Routing Billing inquiries/information about bills to correct parties, • Billing updates/research into billing discrepancy reports, • Policy exception requests for retro premium, • Gathering information from the broker for group termination requests and submitting to carriers, • Commissions questions, • Includes attached Northeast AM role progressionRequirements: Required, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment., • The ideal candidate will be comfortable with all methods of communication: in person, phone and email., • Must have the ability to learn quickly., • The candidate has a sense of urgency and takes pride in their work., • Must be comfortable in a team environment., • Insurance carrier experience is not required but preferred, • Self-motivated and goal oriented, • Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills, • Highly proficient in the basic of Microsoft Excel and Word, • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, • Undergraduate degree (Preferred, but not required), • Desire to continually learn new products and services
